Pick Pro if you need 1 Growth Teardown / month and track up to 25 competitors. Pick Business if you need 2+ reports / month consistently, want to watch 25+ domains, or need full-result CSV export from any Discover view. When in doubt, start Pro — you can change plans from billing settings.

Can multiple teammates share an account? When will multi-seat plans land?

Every plan today is 1 seat. A multi-seat Workspace plan is on the roadmap — if you need it now, email us and we'll set up a manual workaround. We won't recommend account sharing as a workaround because it breaks attribution and watchlist personalisation.

Can I try one report before subscribing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your first Growth Teardown is just $9.90 — no subscription needed. You can also browse the Sample Teardown to see exactly what's inside before you spend a cent. Credits never expire.

Where does the data come from? How fresh is it?

Accepted Answer

Public web data: SERP, structured product directories, traffic snapshots, public revenue / MRR signals. Data is updated regularly from public sources, covering ~118k companies and ~500k keywords; teardowns are refreshed and re-reviewed against the latest available snapshot. We never scrape private data — all sources are collected compliantly.

What's included in my monthly report allowance?

Accepted Answer

Pro includes 1 Growth Teardown each month; Business includes 3. New reports are added at the start of every month.

Do unused reports roll over to next month?

Accepted Answer

No — your monthly allowance resets each calendar month. Use it or lose it. Annual subscribers get the same monthly cadence (not a single annual lump). If you need to bank reports, buy a paid top-up — those never expire and survive cancellation.

Do top-up credits expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Top-up credits are non-refundable but never expire, even if you cancel your subscription. The only thing that resets each month is the included subscription allowance.

What if I need way more than 1 / 3 reports in a single month?

Top up at your member price ($14.90 for Pro, $9.90 for Business) — no cap on how many you can buy. Top-up credits never expire, so a one-off busy month doesn't force you into a higher subscription tier you'd waste later.

What if I need more reports than my allowance?

Single Growth Teardowns are priced by tier: Business $9.90, Pro $14.90, non-members $19.90 (first report just $9.90). Members never pay more than $14.90.

What happens if I run a report on a low-traffic domain?

Accepted Answer

Domains under ~1k monthly visits don't have enough public signal to support a quality teardown. We catch this in the pre-flight check before charging anything — the domain is flagged as too small and the report isn't generated. You keep your credit.

Question 11

How long does it take to receive a report?

Accepted Answer

Every Growth Teardown goes through analyst review before delivery — most are published within 24 hours. If the domain was recently analyzed and already reviewed by our team, you can unlock it instantly and skip the queue. Your credit is only used on successful delivery.

Will single reports ever be discounted below $9.90?

The $9.90 Business member price is the floor — the lowest single-report rate we offer, never undercut by coupons or annual discounts.

What's the $99 → $9.90 promo I see on the report-buy card?

Single Teardowns are at a launch promo right now. $99 is our standard sticker price; the $9.90 per-report launch promo runs through 2026-07-03. After it ends we'll re-evaluate the standard price — already-purchased report credits are never affected.

Does annual billing change the report price?

Accepted Answer

No. Annual billing only discounts the platform fee — extra reports stay $14.90 for Pro members and $9.90 for Business members on any billing cycle. Annual subscribers get the same monthly allowance cadence (no annual lump sum), but pay roughly 20% less than monthly billing on the platform fee.

What's the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Because Probedex delivers data immediately upon access, all fees are non-refundable — this is standard across data intelligence platforms. The only exception: first-time annual subscribers can request a refund within 7 days (the first month is charged at the monthly rate, plus a 5% processing fee). Monthly subscriptions and report top-ups are not refundable, but unused top-up credits never expire. If a report fails due to a system error, we auto-credit your account.
